This article applies to new customers who are currently on-boarding to Fully Managed Cloud hosting.
After your project kick off call, your Technical On-boarding Manager will schedule weekly project calls with you and your team to sync up on progress. These calls will run through the build, migration, QA, and go-live phases of your project.
The goal of these calls is to keep the project moving forward by reviewing completed work, upcoming tasks, resolving blockers, and keeping everyone involved on track.
To make the most of this time, please ensure everyone on your team that will be working with the new AWS infrastructure is in attendance, and that you have the following prepared:
- completed action items from the previous call
- a list of any questions
- a list of any blockers
- any new action items
These weekly project calls are paramount to the integration of our teams, and are proven to reduce the amount of time from kick-off to cut-over.
