Submit your SSH keys
We don’t use usernames+passwords, instead SSH keys are used when accessing the production / staging / dev environments. This method of access provides a more secure infrastructure. If you need a refresher on how to generate and use SSH keys, this Knowledge Base article should get you going: Creating and Using SSH Keys for AWS
Once you have generated your ssh keys, submit a ticket to us with your public key attached.
Always keep your private key private!
Environment Document
Once your Cloud Infrastructure has been deployed, your team will be given access to a secure document.
This document will serve as a reference to all pertinent information about your AWS environments including Elastic IP addresses, usernames, endpoints, etc.
Please reach out to your TOM or SDM if you do not have the link to your document.
