Who are you?

To help us curate the information that will be most useful to you, please tell us your role on your team and how you will be interacting with Media Temple.

• Roles
• Admin (I need to know what’s going on)
• Billing contact (I need to see the charges, receive and pay the bill)
• Technical (I need access to the servers)

Get Authorized

Before we can provide information about your account, we will need a request to grant you access to the infrastructure from the account owner at the company. Please have the account owner login the Account Center to add you to the account.

They will need the following information:

New Contact First and Last Name:

New Contact Email Address:

New Contact Phone Number:

New Contact’s Role: (admin/billing/technical)

Once you are added to the account, contact your SDM so that they can add you to our support systems and communication channels.
