Your Service Delivery Manager is your long-term single point of contact at Media Temple. They will act as an extension of your team and work with you to meet your specific business goals.

While all technical support requests should still go through our ticketing portal, please reach out to your SDM with any questions, comments, or concerns about your account.

Your Managed Ops team

Nights, weekends, and even Christmas day, our Managed Operations support team is watching over your cloud infrastructure and responding to alerts. This team can also make minor updates to your infrastructure such as adding new vhosts or SSL certificates.

Your DevOps Engineering team

Collectors of AWS certifications, this team has years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing cloud infrastructures. This team can implement any major changes that may be needed for your infrastructure.

Let your Service Delivery Manager know if you have any projects/events coming up that may require changes to your AWS infrastructure, and they will rope in a DevOps engineer to assist.
